The Pledge aims to ensure that all pitch processes are necessary, efficient and mindful of mental health. With a long (and growing) list of signatories from advertisers, agencies and intermediaries, the Pledge promises positive change to make the process “more intentional, accountable and responsible for both advertisers and agencies.”
